The Red Note podcast and film producer Estefania Bonilla Hernandez and writer/director Craig Whitney joined the women of the collective Desvergonzadas for an interview to discuss the making of the podcast, their forthcoming feature film, and the problem of femicide in Mexico.
Desvergonzadas is a collective based in Mexico City whose goal is to raise awareness and spread information about the problem of femicide in Mexico and its victims. The interview was a part of the collective's "Virtual Offering" to commemorate the lives of victims of femicide and state violence in honor of the Day of the Dead.
