The Garden and the Wilderness will make its Houston premiere screening this weekend at the 5th annual Houston Cinema Arts Festival. The screening takes place on Saturday, November 9 at 12:15 PM at the Sundance Cinemas in downtown Houston.
The Garden and the Wilderness will appear along with five of this year's best Texas short films as chosen by the Houston Film Commission for its 2013 Texas Filmmaker's Showcase. Other films selected for this year's Showcase program include Student Academy Award-nominee Vultures of Tibet and Hellion, which premiered in 2012 at the Sundance Film Festival.
Tickets for the Texas Filmmaker's Showcase screening at the Houston Cinema Arts Festival can be purchased online, at the theater on the day of the screening, or at the festival box office at 550 Prairie Street. All access, weekend, and one-day screening passes are also available in person or online.
